Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. We require a 30 percent non-refundable deposit of the cost of the retreat. No bookings will be confirmed without the deposit. The deposit confirms your place on your Breakthrough Retreat. We are happy to move the deposit to another retreat if your plans change.
If you are booking within one month of the retreat start date, then a 50 percent deposit will be required.
When do I pay the full balance for my retreat?
The full balance must be paid and cleared one-week prior to the commencement of the booked retreat. Failure to do so will result in refusal to the Breakthrough Retreat.
What happens if I need to change the date of my retreat?
If possible, Breakthrough Retreats will transfer the booking to a mutually acceptable alternative date. This should be within 12-months of the original booking date.
What if I need to cancel my retreat
If, for any reason, you have to cancel your retreat that you have paid for in full, this must be notified to Breakthrough Retreats in writing (Or via email). Your deposit is non-refundable and we will do whatever we can to rebook you on another course and avoid cancellation fees.
Breakthrough Retreats recommend you purchasing travel insurance to protect against cancellation fees and any additional travel expenses that you may incur before, during or after your retreat. This can also cover you against loss of personal belongings too.
Breakthrough Retreats recommend purchasing medical insurance where relevant to protect against illness or injuries that may incur before, after or during your retreat.
